Our draft customer care standards set out ways we can do this and we need you to give us your views on them.
The survey questions include text from the policy so there is no need to read the full draft standards before taking the survey, but if you would like it is available below.
For each question please read the text and then answer the question or give your comments.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
