Â鶹´«Ã½ Homes wants to ensure that our homes are structurally sound, warm and weather tight, and that fixtures, fittings and services such as plumbing, heating and electrical installations are fully operational.

This draft repairs and maintenance policy applies to all council housing, hostel accommodation and communal areas, owned by Â鶹´«Ã½ Borough Council. The policy sets out the responsibilities of both the council and our tenants and details types of maintenance and how to report repair requirements.
